At Spruce, our culinary team creates California-inspired cuisine that highlights the freshest and finest ingredients available. Nearly all of the restaurant's produce comes from our proprietary partnership with SMIP Ranch, a private five-acre organic farm located in the hills above Woodside, CA.
Our sommelier team curates one of the most progressive wine and spirits programs in America, offering a wine list with over 3,500 selections, a vast assortment of spirits, and handcrafted classic and original cocktails.
